Palm Springs Art Museum Begins Roll Out Of Artful Events Fundraisers For The Season

Palm Springs Art Museum has begun to roll out this season’s schedule of Artful Events, novel experiences in art and beyond with all proceeds going to the museum’s exhibitions, programming, and institutional maintenance.  The events include an art salon, a fashion show, and several high-end cocktail parties at a range of price levels. Some activities take place in the museum while others are held at private residences, all donated in support of the museum. Artful Events are chaired by Ellen Donaldson.

The next Artful Event is Desert Art Salon on Oct. 21, 2023 at the home of Mark Pellegrino & Stuart Kent.

This exclusive salon features newly curated art gathered specifically for this event which attendees can purchase. There will also be the opportunity to meet the artists behind the paintings, sculptures, ceramics, photographs, and even a few commission(able) pieces. The salon features a “Miami Beach Cocktail” dress theme and hosted bar, and will be catered by Chef William Bunn (of Papa Bunn’s Country Kitchen). Featuring pastries created by La Provence Patisserie & Café of Palm Desert and Beverly Hills. Dance music by DJ ModGirl (Kellee McQuinn) as well as a performance by acoustic guitarist Ian Kauffman.
