The Coachella Valley United Around CV Giving Day

The Coachella Valley demonstrated its extraordinary commitment to strengthening our nonprofit community during this year’s CV Giving Day campaign. The results speak volumes about our community’s generosity: an impressive $822,445 was raised. This remarkable outpouring of support provides critical funding for organizations addressing our valley’s most pressing needs—from healthcare and education to cultural programs and environmental initiatives. What truly distinguishes this community-wide effort is how it transforms individual contributions into collective impact, creating ripple effects that strengthen our entire region by enabling nonprofits to expand their reach.

The RAP Foundation and NPO Centric were excited to partner once again with CV Giving Day, providing $50,000 in prizes. “CV Giving Day is about our community coming together, our shared commitment to Coachella Valley nonprofits, and goodwill through giving,” emphasized Taly Fantini, Director of NPO Centric.

As part of our commitment to maximizing this collective impact, we’re thrilled to announce that ten participating organizations have been selected as winners of our random drawing, with each receiving an additional $5,000 toward their fundraising totals! Congratulations to 29-PSP, Big Stistteerrrs, The Bridges 2 Hope, California Desert Chorale, Danza Azteca Citlaltonac, Desert Arc, Jewish Family Service of the Desert, Old Town Artisan Studios, We Can Fish, and Word of Life/The Bridge to Better. These prizes, totaling $50,000, will further amplify the far-reaching influence of CV Giving Day across our diverse nonprofit community.

These additional resources will fuel innovation, broaden community outreach, and ultimately change more lives across the Coachella Valley—turning possibilities into realities for the people who need it most.

The extraordinary success of this year’s CV Giving Day reinforces what we at NPO Centric have always believed: when we unite around shared values of compassion and service, we create opportunities for meaningful change that reaches every corner of our community. This isn’t just about raising money—it’s about raising possibilities for a better Coachella Valley for all.
