The Inland Empire Community Foundation (IECF) has announced a new round of Community Impact Fund (CIF) grants, totaling $500,000, to support Inland Empire nonprofits facing financial strain due to federal funding cuts and other challengesThe grants of up to $20,000 each provide six months of flexible operating support for nonprofits in Riverside and San Bernardino counties. The application period for the CIF grants was open from September 2, 2025, to September 28, 2025. 

Key Details of the 2025 Community Impact Fund Grants
  • Purpose: To provide general operating support to nonprofits for six months, allowing them to cover day-to-day expenses, build capacity, and adapt to community needs during a period of reduced federal funding. 
  • Funding Amount: The IECF is awarding a total of $500,000 in grants. 
  • Grant Amount: Individual grants can be up to $20,000. 
  • Eligible Organizations: 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations operating in Riverside and/or San Bernardino counties with an annual operating budget between $100,000 and $500,000, and at least three years in operation.
