OUR 2025 HONOREE
In recognition of her lifelong dedication to giving back — sharing her heart, soul, and talents to strengthen her beloved community — Lynn Hammond will be honored with the 2025 Partners for Life Award.
“I can’t think of a more deserving recipient,” says DAP Health Board of Directors Co-Vice Chair and Event Chair Kevin Bass. “Lynn has been an integral part of our organization and its PFL annual giving program for many years. When she’s passionate about a cause, she’s passionate and dedicated with every fiber of her being. And she has shown that time and time again for us. Whether it’s donating her time, money, or talent, she always gives 100% — and makes sure to bring her family and friends along with her. She’s a force, and we are very excited to honor her.”
