A longtime member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Palm Springs’ native Kristin Bloomer has joined the management staff at nonprofit Angel View as its Major Gifts Officer.
After more than five years as Sponsorship and Development Manager for the Palm Springs International Film Society, Bloomer joined Angel View earlier this year and directs donor fundraising for all three of Angel View’s programs; residential care, day program and children’s outreach.
With a background in economics and finance, Bloomer will also seek grant opportunities for all of Angel View’s programs.
Bloomer first volunteered at Angel View while a student at Palm Springs High School. She has a portfolio of community service and is also an elected member of the board at Desert Water Agency, a board member at Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce, a longtime participant of Rotary International, and is a proud soccer Mom.
