GPL-Grandparents Love to Receive Generous Donations from Palm Springs Police Officers Association (PSPOA)
GPL-Grandparents Love, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting grandparents raising their grandchildren, is thrilled to announce its selection as the beneficiary of donations from the Palm Springs Police Officers Association (PSPOA) during their participation in The Battle in the Desert charity boxing event. This exhilarating event is scheduled to take place on October 14th at 6 pm at the Cathedral City Community Amphitheater.
The Battle in the Desert, an event that brings together local first responders including police officers, corrections officers, firefighters, and EMS personnel for an evening of camaraderie and friendly boxing matches, all in the spirit of raising funds for charitable organizations. This year, the PSPOA has chosen to support GPL-Grandparents Love due to the organization’s vital work in providing resources, guidance, and emotional assistance to grandparents who have taken on the role of primary caregivers for their grandchildren.
