From how to improve and make smart, healthy choices in your home and work environments to ways to get involved and help your neighborhood and community capture and sustain a more health conscious lifestyle, the program will bring practical and pertinent information and advice to the audience. Guests on the show will talk about various serious medical issues as well as give light-hearted commentary on a wide-range of health topics including: Nutrition, Food Allergies, Hormone Imbalance and replacement, Stress, Emotional Well-Being, Skin Care, Chiropractic, Massage, Antioxidants, Depression, and Aging.

Jeff Hocker is no stranger to media, joining iHub Radio after racking up more than 30 years in radio and television. He started as a traffic reporter in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he also worked at KFOG FM and K101 FM, and public television station KQED. Locally, Jeff’s on-air experience has included many years as a contributor to the long-running Joey English Show on radio and television. He is the Owner and President of Hocker Productions, executive producer of the Palm Springs Health Run & Fitness Expo, and the Southern California Health Summit.
