Meet Sandy! This beautiful boy was hard to place when he first arrived at our shelter because he needed time to warm up to strangers. During his stay at our No Kill Shelter, Sandy opened up to our volunteers and staff members and showed us his loving side. Sandy was eventually adopted into a home, then returned not long after. Sandy simply wasn’t given enough time to adapt to his new environment so he was brought back to our shelter.
Sandy’s second placement with Wendi was a purrrfect fit! We’re thrilled to share with you that Sandy is doing well and Wendi has been very patient and caring with him. Wendi often sends our shelter updates on how Sandy is doing. Sandy is loving his new life and he even has a canine brother that he loves!
