Scott Miller named LifeStream Blood Bank President & CEO

LifeStream Blood Bank’s Board of Directors has appointed Scott Miller as president and chief executive officer. “I’m honored to lead this organization and focus on LifeStream’s core mission, to help save lives by connecting donors and patients through the gift of blood,” said Miller. “I am surrounded by an incredibly dedicated team and look forward to working with our community partners to bring health and hope to those in need.”

Miller joined LifeStream in October 2010 and has overseen all finance, purchasing and contracting functions as chief financial officer. In April 2017, he was named LifeStream’s vice president of business development and chief financial officer. Miller has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field and has served as chief financial officer for organizations recording up to $1 billion in annual revenues. He received his bachelor’s degree from Southern Missionary College in Tennessee and his master’s degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.

LifeStream serves over 80 Southern California hospitals and operates donor centers in San Bernardino, Riverside, Ontario, Placentia, Victorville, Murrieta, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage and Hemet and conducts mobile blood drives throughout its service area.
