The book is titled “What Every Board Member Needs to Know about Leading a Nonprofit”. The goal is a (relatively) quick guide to things NP board members need to know.
It’s a collection of wisdom from the group of which I’m a member, the NP Collaborative of Southern California – experts on finance, fundraising, HR, legal, governance, etc. – all the components of a successful charitable organization. Hope you can join us – or would enjoy the free e-book.
