Palm Springs and Section 14 Caravanserai Will Be a Part of the City’s $5.9M Settlement
Last week, the Palm Springs City Council took a historic step by unanimously approving a $5.9 million settlement agreement with the former residents of Section 14 and their descendants. As part of this initiative, the City has selected Caravanserai to manage $1 million dedicated to small business support, offering grants and low-interest loans aimed at fostering economic empowerment. We are honored that the City has selected Caravanserai to play a key role in the implementation of this initiative to address historical injustices and promote equitable growth.
