honors DAP Health with a $10,000 gift and invites everyone to join
in the celebration!

There’s always a party at Lulu and on August 21 and 22, the party is in honor of Lulu’s 10th anniversary!
Delicious food, generous cocktails, and all around fun have been enjoyed by more than two million guests since Lulu
opened its doors on August 22, 2011. To celebrate the 10-year mark and to thank everyone
who has supported Lulu throughout the years, Lulu is making a gift of $10,000 to DAP
Health (formerly Desert AIDS Project). The community is invited to join Lulu in gift giving,
too. On August 21 and 22, anyone who gives $100 or more to DAP Health to help celebrate
Lulu’s 10th anniversary gets their own present…a $15 gift card to party at Lulu!
“We are so thankful for the support Lulu has received over the past 10 years from
both local residents and visitors from around the world,” said Lulu founder Jerry Keller.

“In honor of this milestone, Lulu will be making a $10,000 gift to DAP Health in support of
the vital healthcare services they provide to Coachella Valley residents and we hope others
will join us in supporting DAP Health, too.”

Through their support of the annual Dining Out for Life and many other
contributions over the years, Lulu and Acqua California Bistros have given more than
$400,000 to DAP Health.
When Lulu opened 10 years ago, it transformed the corner of Palm Canyon Drive
and Arenas Road into a dining destination. From its lively outdoor terrace seating, to its
climate controlled patio, festive bar, bustling dining room and party-perfect mezzanine,
Lulu has become the restaurant all of Palm Springs loves. Lulu’s menus are some of the
largest and most varied of any Coachella Valley restaurant and years of accolades support it:
best weekend brunch, best meal for the money, best California cuisine, best craft cocktails,
best vegan/vegetarian, best caterer and many, many more. Over the past 10 years,
